Charles Anthony Hall (“Tony”) was born and raised on Washington State's Olympic Peninsula in a little town called Sequim (pronounced S'quim). His dad joined the United States Army and the family moved to Fort Stewart, Georgia. After the Persian Gulf War and Charles' dad was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army he moved the back to Sequim, Washington.
In 2003 Charles graduated from Sequim High School, along with earning an additional diploma from the Church Education System Seminary program. November that same year he earned the National Eagle Scout Award, Boy Scouts of America's highest award. After graduating from school he went to work for Jamestown TCS on Fort Lewis Military Post, Washington, moving to the Tacoma, Washington area. His contract was up after eight months he returned home to Sequim, Washington to work for Domino's Pizza.
In 2004 Charles was awarded the Boy Scouts of America Medal of Merit Award for saving his brother James' life.
In 2005 he put in his mission papers to serve a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was called to serve in the Arizona Tempe Mission. On Wednesday, 6 April 2005 he reported to the Missionary Training Center (MTC) in Provo, Utah and on 26 April he flew to Tempe, Arizona. He served in Queen Creek, Gilbert, Pinetop-Lakeside, Gilbert (second time), Globe, and finished out his mission in Gilbert (a total of twelve months).
Flying home to Washington on Wednesday, 11 April 2007 he sat next to the hiring director for CES sponsored summer program, Especially For Youth (EFY). He was hired as a youth counselor. He spent six-weeks at home and then left to move to Utah. For the next ten weeks he traveled over Utah, Washington, Idaho and Oregon as a counselor. He returned to Utah in August to attend school at Utah Valley State College (Utah Valley University on 1 July 2008) as a Criminal Justice major.
On 13 August 2008 Charles proposed to Dominique Marie Woods (“Nikki”) after a relationship from June to August. They set their wedding date for Friday, 14 December of that year.
From March 2008 to May 2009 Charles worked for Chapman Security and Investigations as an armed private security officer, leaving Chapman to pursue free lance private investigation work. Since October 2007 Dominique has worked as a bank teller for Family First Federal Credit Union.
Currently Charles and Dominique live in Orem, Utah where they are expecting their first child in April 2010.
